Le Pirate was not born from a business plan. It was born from a family's love of the sea and a conviction that the waters of Monastir hold the finest seafood in the Mediterranean.
Every morning before the city wakes, we are at the port. We know the fishermen by name. We choose what comes in, and we build the day's menu around what the sea gives us - not the other way around.
No frozen fish has ever entered this kitchen. That is not a promise. It is simply how we have always done things.
